Notes: Primrose is a sweet girl who was found as a stray and was brought to us by a concerned citizen. She is friendly, if not a little shy when you first meet her. Her personality has bloomed while under our care. If the other dogs start to bark, she will stand up at her kennel gate to see what is going on.
